Project analysis and customized proposal

Our technical team begins with a detailed analysis of your operation, assessing the scenario, collecting field data when necessary, and defining the key indicators of project success. From there, we structure a fully customized proposal, focusing on efficiency, operational impact, and real solutions to the customer's pain points — without rigid models.

Implementation (installation and commissioning)

Once the proposal is approved, our field operations team springs into action, coordinating with your team to make all the necessary preparations, such as documentation, scheduling, and equipment. We carry out the installation in strict compliance with your company's safety standards, using PPE, technical procedures, and operational compliance. In addition to installation, we perform complete commissioning of the systems, ensuring that each sensor, integration, and functionality is operating correctly. The implementation covers the entire solution: hardware and software.

Assisted operation (onboarding)

After implementation, we begin onboarding with practical training for the team that will operate the platform on a daily basis. Continuous day-to-day operation

In normal operation, the process works as follows: Sensors collect asset data and send it to the IBBX Retina platform. Retina analyzes this information using artificial intelligence. When abnormal behavior is identified, alarms are generated. These alarms are validated by our expert analysts. Once confirmed, they are sent to the customer. Alerts can be received in three ways, depending on the customer's configuration: • Through the Retina platform dashboard • Via WhatsApp • Via email Upon receipt, the customer's team assesses the occurrence, acts on the problem when necessary, and provides feedback to the platform.
