In normal operation, the process works as follows: Sensors collect asset data and send it to the IBBX Retina platform. Retina analyzes this information using artificial intelligence. When abnormal behavior is identified, alarms are generated. These alarms are validated by our expert analysts. Once confirmed, they are sent to the customer. Alerts can be received in three ways, depending on the customer's configuration: • Through the Retina platform dashboard • Via WhatsApp • Via email Upon receipt, the customer's team assesses the occurrence, acts on the problem when necessary, and provides feedback to the platform. This process of continuous interaction makes the intelligence increasingly accurate, improving diagnostics and prevention over time.
