With the implementation of IBBX solutions, MWM now benefits from integrated vibration and temperature monitoring, as well as the digitization of water flow data through water meter readings. As a result, the IBBX solution’s analytics identified an anomaly in a return pump, indicating the need to replace bearings and address wear on the shaft. This single diagnosis alone prevented 6 hours of downtime, generating savings of R$ 290,000 and preventing the loss of 24 parts.
